This Privacy Policy describes how PIXO Inc. ("we," "us," or "our") collects, uses, shares, and deletes personal information when you use Tili, our mobile and Apple Watch apps, widgets, and related services (the "Service"). Tili is a private space for two people in a relationship: it lets you and your partner see each other's location, status, and everyday moments.

The most important thing to know: most of what Tili collects is collected so that it can be shown to your partner. Once you pair with someone, they can see your location and the other information described in Section 3. You can stop sharing at any time by turning off permissions, unpairing, or deleting your account.

1. Information We Collect

1.1 Account and profile

• An account identifier created when you first open the app. You do not need an email address or password to use Tili.
• If you choose to add a recovery method, the identifier, name, and email address (or Apple private relay address) provided by Sign in with Apple or Google Sign-In, and a token we use to disconnect that sign-in when you delete your account.
• Your profile: name, profile photo, gender, and, if you choose to add it, your birthday.
• Your time zone and language settings.

1.2 Relationship information

• Your pairing with your partner and the invite codes used to pair (invite codes expire after 7 days).
• The day you met, and anniversaries you add (name, date, and an optional cover photo you pick from your photo library).

1.3 Location

With your permission, Tili collects your device's precise location, including in the background, so your partner can see where you are even when the app is closed. Each location report includes:

• coordinates, accuracy, speed, and direction of travel;
• the time of the report;
