This Privacy Policy describes how PIXO Inc. ("Owner," "we," "us," or "our") collects, uses, stores, and discloses personal information when you use Hazy through hazy.so, our mobile apps, or related services (the "Service"). Hazy is an AI-powered interactive-fiction service that lets Users read, role-play, and co-write stories chapter-by-chapter with AI characters. Hazy is available only to people who are at least 18 years old, or the age of majority where they live if higher. Please read this policy carefully before using the Service.
Before you use AI features. The Service relies on one or more Third-Party AI Providers to generate character dialogue, narration, story branches, and content moderation. The current Third-Party AI Providers include providers such as Replicate, Anthropic, and Google, and we may from time to time add, replace, or remove providers performing the same categories of processing (see Section 6 for the full framework and the live sub-processors list). When you use any AI feature, the data you submit (including chat messages, character prompts, scenario descriptions, and other inputs) is transmitted to one or more of these providers for processing. The handling of your data by those providers, including any logging, retention, abuse monitoring, or use for model training, fine-tuning, evaluation, or service improvement, is governed by each provider's own terms and policies, not by this Privacy Policy. We do not control, audit, or guarantee the practices of these providers. By using the AI features of the Service, you consent to such transmission and processing under the policies of our current and future Third-Party AI Providers operating within the categories described in Section 6. If you do not consent, do not use the AI features of the Service.
Sensitive information and inferences. Hazy is designed for fictional role-play and may include themes of romance, intense emotion, conflict, and fantasy violence. Hazy does not provide sexually explicit or pornographic content. The contents of your interactions with AI Characters may reflect, or be reasonably inferred to reflect, sensitive personal information about you, including your emotional state, romantic preferences, mental-health context, or other intimate matters. See Section 5 for how Hazy treats such content and inferences.

The Service is operated from the Republic of Korea by PIXO Inc. and is available through hazy.so and our mobile apps. We use infrastructure and third-party services located primarily in the United States. Applicable User rights depend on the User's country or state of residence; see Section 8.
The categories of processing and the type of providers used for each are summarized below. The specific vendor in each category may change over time; the current sub-processors list is maintained as described in Section 6.
